Additional 3-Hour support block for telephone technical support.  Billed in 1 minute increments.  Does not expire.

Used for telephone support of POS Pizza.  Hardware issues, Windows issues, and other issues not managed within the POS Pizza software are NOT SUPPORTED.

Note:  3-Hour Support Block is already included at no extra charge with your purchase of a POS Pizza Base Package.  There is no need to add this package if you are buying a base package unless you require an additional 3-Hour Support Block.
